How to come to the LBFA

By train

From the SNCF Grenoble or Gières university train stations, take the Tramway line B, direction "Gières-Plaine des sports".
Get off at the stop "Bibliothèque universitaire". Then follow the footpath indicated on the map below.

 

By bus and tram

• Tram B - Direction "Gières / Plaine des sports". Get off at ""Bibliothèques universitaires" stop.
• Tram C - Direction "Saint-Martin-d'Hères Condillac Universités"
• Tram D - Direction "Les Taillées Universités"
• Bus services C5, 11, 69: "Bibliothèques Universitaires" (University Libraries) stop

By air

Travelling from Lyon Saint-Exupéry Airport

There is a shuttle service running from the airport to Grenoble Train station. Services run daily, every hour from 6am to 11pm.
The journey takes around 1 hour. Then join the campus by tram.

Travelling from Geneva airport

A shuttle service is running daily from the airport to Grenoble (every hour from 6am to 11pm).
Get off at the Grenoble Bus Station “gare routière". From there take the Tram B to university.

Travelling from Grenoble Isère Airport

A Transisère département-level network service runs from Grenoble Isère Airport to Grenoble (get off at the bus station "Gare routière").
The journey takes around 40 minutes. Then continue your journey to the university by tram.
